Access to CatenaLux is by invitation only. Accounts are personal and non-transferable, and may be suspended or closed for breach of these terms or of applicable law.
Items are subject to authentication before they appear in private showcases. Sellers warrant that they hold good title to the pieces they list and that their descriptions are accurate.
CatenaLux facilitates transactions but never holds member funds. Payments and exchanges are completed through a regulated escrow agent or payment provider; CatenaLux issues settlement instructions only and does not take custody of money or stored value.
Members are responsible for any taxes arising from their own transactions and should take their own advice where a transaction may have tax consequences.
Members agree not to misrepresent items, circumvent the platform to avoid fees or obligations, or trade unlawful or restricted goods.
